• Telephone number
• Email address
• Contact information in messengers
• Photograph and video image
• Date of birth (optional)
• Gender (optional)
• Learning progress and audio recordings

Purpose of Data Processing

This Consent is provided for the purpose of creating a personal account on the Organization's website, receiving consultations regarding services, executing the Terms of Service (User Agreement), and ensuring the process of interactive online learning.

Conditions for Data Processing

I am informed of and express my consent to the following conditions, in strict accordance with the UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on Personal Data Protection (UAE PDPL):

• The processing of personal data is carried out using automated systems.
• The fields "date of birth", "gender", and "photograph" are optional and can be added or removed by me at any time from my personal account at my own discretion.
• The processing is carried out by methods such as collection, recording, organization, categorization, storage, adaptation, modification, retrieval, use, disclosure by transmission (including transfer to partner companies), cross-border data transfer, anonymization, blocking, erasure, or destruction.
• The processing of statistical data (such as cookies) is carried out using web analytics services and digital marketing tools.
• The processing of personal data of a minor is carried out only on the basis of the consent of their legal representative (parent or guardian).

Consent Validity and Withdrawal

This Consent is effective from the day of its execution until the expiration of the retention periods for the relevant information or documents containing my personal data. I may withdraw this consent in whole or in part at any time by submitting a written request to the following email address.
